  • Favorite Reality Shows Now Gone

Just wanted to review quickly some favorite reality shows that are now gone.  The shows were focused in Las Vegas and were not of the situational, competitive variety like Survivor or Big Brother.  Rather these were just good voyeurism into exciting careers and situations.

    American Casino and The Casino
American Casino followed a casino crew in Las Vegas around Green Valley Ranch, a casino outside of the Las Vegas Strip.  The Casino followed a pair of new owners of the Golden Nugget in downtown Las Vegas.  Both were fun shows with interesting staff personalities and of course over the top guests of the casinos.  Both gave a decent behind the scenes and a look at the industry of casinos.

    King Of Cars
Chop is a Las Vegas car dealer, and for him flamboyance is an understatement.  He produces a frequent car show touting his car prices with his salesmen in costume and character.  But with flamboyance aside, Chop is still a businessman and his cast of characters still car salesmen.  This is the first show I can think of that not only highlighted a small business but also sales.
